At the heart of everything that Jeremy Thomas does—podcasts, talks, workshops, and one-on-one mentoring—is a simple but powerful mission: to make mental health conversations honest, accessible, and stigma-free.

Through candid discussions with guests, delivering engaging talks at schools and workplaces, and personalised mentoring, Jeremy helps people navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and find their own “lifejackets” to stay afloat. His work is about sharing real stories.

Whether on stage, behind the microphone, or in one-on-one sessions, Jeremy’s goal is to normalise mental health, inspire open conversations, and empower people by providing practical strategies for staying sane in an insane world.

When Jeremy recovered himself in the 90’s he made a promise to himself to do his best to help anyone that came to him for help. A great believer in the common sense party.

While we all know there is an abundance of mental health material out there, Jeremy is a huge believer that it’s not about reading them all—it’s about finding the one that works for you.
