One-to-One
Mentoring

Navigating the challenging seas of good and bad mental health.

What to expect

Many of us feel stuck at times—whether it’s mild anxiety, stress, unresolved anger, or more serious struggles like addiction, trauma, or depression. The goal of these mentoring sessions is to help you to become unstuck by recognising the root causes and learning how to use the tools of recovery to balance your “dashboard dials.”

These 60-minute sessions (with a recommendation of at least three for the best results) focus on practical, plain-English strategies that are easy to understand and implement. The first session is ideally done in person to get things started on the right foot.

A Personal Deep Dive

We begin by exploring your personal history and identifying what might be causing challenges or “wheel spins” in your life. Using Jeremys dashboard dials analogy, we’ll pinpoint the key areas that need attention. Poor mental health rarely stems from one single cause and conversely, good mental health isn’t achieved by medication alone—it requires finding balance across the key dials, stress, self-esteem, anger, human connection, sleep, exercise, and gratitude. Not forgetting the importance of a sense of humour.
