We’ve always wanted to connect with GP surgeries about our services – and guess what happened!
Our Dashboard of Dials was spotted on Channel 5’s new season of GPs: Behind Closed Doors at Fulham Medical Practice.
You’ll see it pinned up in the consulting room, where it’s viewed by countless members of the public every day. It’s encouraging to see that good mental health is being signposted, and it’s always positive to have a reminder – even if mental health isn’t necessarily what brings us to the GP in the first place.
And for those who aren’t familiar with the Dashboard of Dials, please take a look below:

Resilience, gratitude, exercise, stress, social contact, sleep, fuel, anger, self-esteem – and the all-important sense of humour. These all inform how well we’ll cope with life’s daily challenges.
We encourage everyone to take 5 or 10 minutes every day to check in with these dials. They’re applicable to everyone, but they’re also personal to you. For example, taking a look at the Anger dial, you can ask yourself, ‘How can I let out my anger in a healthy way today?’
Your answer to that might be listening to heavy metal, or it might be going for a run, or it might be kickboxing. Work with the dials in a way that works for you. Even focusing on just one or two a day can help you to stay afloat.
