Outlaw psychotherapist Paul Sunderland

We’re delighted to welcome the outlaw psychotherapist Paul Sunderland to the ‘How to Stay Sane in an Insane World’ podcast. I’ve decided to have 3 or 4 information podcasts dealing with mental health subjects and breaking them down into what they are, what they are not and what you can do about it. Paul Sunderland, apart from having excellent taste in music, has over 40 years experience to draw on. Fascinating stuff – do tune in.

The special subject that Paul is talking about is co-dependency.

This is a term often bandied about  but not always understood. In this episode Paul takes us through the various stages of co- dependency, and its relation to addiction and self esteem. Most importantly Paul makes sense of co-dependency within a whole framework of mental health.

Paul Sunderland’s two musical loves were David Bowie and Led Zeppelin, for true Zeppelin fans he has basically nominated the 2nd album as being his inspiration. To prove his allegiance to David Bowie, Paul’s favourite film is ‘The Man That Fell To Earth’.
